Service Description
15-Minute Discovery Call Every successful partnership starts with understanding your goals. This complimentary discovery call is an opportunity for us to learn about your business, discuss your current challenges and objectives, and determine whether Radiant Beacon is the right strategic partner for your project. This call is designed to assess fit and explore next steps. It does not include strategic consulting, recommendations, or implementation planning. If we're aligned, we'll recommend the engagement that's best suited to help you achieve your goals.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Payment All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your session details and Zoom link. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions canceled or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time out of respect for the container and other clients. 4-Week Integration Support (if selected) This option includes one 30-minute follow-up session per week for 4 weeks. Follow-up sessions must be scheduled within the 4-week period Sessions do not roll over beyond this timeframe Unused sessions are forfeited (“use it or lose it”) Missed follow-ups without 24-hour notice are forfeited This structure is designed to support consistency and integration over time. Session Scope These sessions are intuitive and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or legal services. Client Responsibility You are responsible for creating a quiet, uninterrupted space for your session. This time is held intentionally for you.
